Manage the progress and completion of projects to build the brands of non-profit organizations.
Work closely with art directors, production & graphic artists, copywriters, program managers, advertising agencies and other team members to produce materials for recruitment and retention of large scale cause related athletic events. Ensure & maintain correct implementation & execution of files for production or web.
Develop and monitor scheduling for projects from beginning to end. Ensure timely workflow and communicate project status to all department personnel utilizing online management tools.
Maintain relationships with printers, fulfillment and direct mail houses and other vendors.
Ensure resources required to complete projects were available and hold the production of all marketing and collateral projects to deadline, both print and on-line.
